Blue please confirm alpha test email

Hi,

I got an email with a code allowing me to participate in the Cataclysm alpha test.

Please confirm that this is not a scam email and is in fact a real email.

It looks very real, it does ask for my account info including user, password, and email.

I would very much like to participate but I would very much like to know that it is a legitimate email and not just a scam.

Any e-mails purporting to offer you an invitation to take part in a World of Warcraft promotion should be looked upon with a skeptical eye; this includes mount invitations, beta invites, or free game time offers.

Any e-mail which asks for your password, secret question, or secret answer can be immediately cast to the side and deemed a malicious attempt to acquire your account information. Any e-mail that requires you to visit a website outside of the traditional Blizzard domains (blizzard.com, worldofwarcraft.com, battle.net, etc.) can also be discarded.
