Thanks, Pelican. I doubt I'll be able to convince everyone but hopefully I can convince some that we really are players, like them, and that we want the game to run flawlessly as well. We are striving towards that goal and will continue to do so regardless of what may happen. :)

Game Masters actually do appear in game on occasion and will intermingle with the locals. We're usually easy to identify, so you'll know if you see or have seen one of us (we've special garb and have a habit of transfiguring the local flora and fauna into other various lifeforms). We're naturally elusive beasts, however, so it may be rather rare for you to see us in our natural habitat. ;)
Please note that if you do see a Game Master out and about in Azeroth, he or she is on duty. Game Masters, when we are at home, are normal, everyday players. You wouldn't even be able to tell us apart from your realm's general population. We're beholden to the same rules and penalties, and have to grind out our gear and reputation just like everyone else. We're sort of like superheroes in that regard and possess "dual identities."
