Petition wait time = over 24 hours!

I filed a report on a serial AFK'er in AV over 24 hours ago on an alt. I am currently sitting on that character in AV - and the ticket is still open! And the guy I reported is still sitting, botting I assume, in AV. I know the patch has been screwy and I don't expect responses in 15 minutes even in a best scenario but this is pathetic. Either there is a technical glitch at play here... or Blizzard should be embarrassed at how poor it's customer service has become. :(

That said, we are currently working around the clock to address petitions as quickly as possible. In fact, our Game Masters are working extended hours in an effort to bring queue times down to a much more manageable level.
