Character Transfer failed (pre-paid)

Hi I bought a $50 gift card to do a character transfer. To my old pvp arena realm where all my friends are (kel'thuzad). My arena partner from this season is already there and I'm afraid I won't get points this week if I don't join him. My Character Transfer has failed but I don't want to unlock it because it was on a pre-paid mastercard and don't know if that will be refunded. (or how long it will take to be refunded)

Also it seems to give the error to alot of people when xfering toons of seperate factions onto pvp realms. Would it be possible for me to delete my 80 draenei on the realm and have a gm restore it once the transfer is completed?

Character transfers to my knowledge are working at this time, however - the transfer of a cross faction to PvP realm is still being worked on.

As to pending charges, that's really up to the financial institutions rules, they put funds on hold pending incoming charges - but that can vary. You'll want to call them and inquire.
