So, we may extend the courtesy of letting you know we're taking care of it and to give you a chance to ask us about any other concerns that may have come up.

May I ask a question on how a tickets show up on the GM's UI?
If a player is stuck and uses the "Stuck" option on an alternate character to report it, using the "open ticket" option; does that automatically show up as a "Stuck" petition or does the player still need to put such as a "header" or title?
The "Stuck" option really doesn't do much, I'm afraid; it's possible there was an intention to have it do that, but if someone is stuck they'll still want to include the word "stuck" somewhere in the petition.

Can you rig a shortcut to it? You should be able to put it in the taskbar that way...

I really don't like being nasty with people but my infinite "customer service" level patience is meeting an end after a month and 2 weeks.
And the strangest part is that I think it's more because I always keep thinking to myself "if only I could just do it myself, I'd be done already" rather than anything against who I'm talking to, or why.
