Ground Texture Issue

Hey, I would like imput from anyone really who knows mabye how to resolve my issue. It seems after this last patch that the ground textures are not actually there, but rather a teal color. I removed all my AddOns, deleted my WTF folder, and defragmented my computer. After all this I still see the familiar teal color. I am not sure if in the patch the texture was upgraded or something to a point that my graphics card can't handle it. I am sure this is not the case though, due to putting my settings on the lowest possible without fixing the issue. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

/console fixedfunction 1 typed ingame and then restarting WoW may address this for you, Mumbai.

There are a couple stickies at the top of the tech support forum regarding various issues with different video cards. If this doesn't seem to help, may want to check those to see if your card is one of the ones mentioned.
