I'm afraid that we are unable to assist with incidents that occur outside of the game and never make their way into the game world, Necrotiq. Should you be harassed in-game or on the forums we'll take appropriate actions to deter policy violations; however, we cannot punish players for actions they may or may not do outside of the game as a result of an in-game dispute.
Should you feel at all threatened, I encourage you to contact your local Police Department. We will gladly work with them should they require any additional information. If you'd simply like to address the annoyance of having your phone number being displayed on a third-party website, please contact your telephone provider to discuss the options that are available to you.
We truly want you to have an enjoyable experience within the World of Warcraft, and will do whatever we can to help in-game.
