Um , GC .. this change is amazing.

You changed SoC to make it useful in its own situation.

Retribution

Seal of Command: This ability now chains to strike up to 2 additional targets when it is triggered by an attack.

What you have done is turn paladins away from senseless seal-up-and-go mechanics on PvE fights , now I actually put a great deal of thinking into mind in each pvE situation , because .. different situations call for a different seal. I have never before had to be careful about what seal I use and when.

This is one great step to a chess like structure for the paladin class, I'm loving it.

Seal Of vengeance

Best seal for Long , single target fights that don't call for alot of movement away from boss for extended periods of time.

Seal of Righteousness

Best seal for pvp, has no burst on special attacks , and great judgment damage capability to balance damage done overall.

Seal of Command

Now has a place as a real aoe/cleave seal seal , proving useful in fights where there are 2 or 3 targets that must be swapped constantly.

Thank You GC and Development team , for hearing our cries about SoC.. I hope this goes to show to the rest of the community that you guys do see whats going on.

The idea was always that Seals were a choice. We have just iterated on them so much this patch that one of them kept coming up as the only real Seal. Hopefully this latest design will work out.

Q u o t e:
If an attack procs a seal of command then that seal of command can chain onto up to two different targets.

That is correct, with one clarification. It must be a single-target attack. If the attack is already multi-target like DS, then only the damage procs, not the cleave.
