Petition: My guild killed Yogg with 3 keepers (raid info 8003409) and I was trying repeatedly to use the fragments to create my val'anyr, but in the end the mace wasn't there. I made sure I targeted it, I was just out of his mouth, so it wasn't range. I turned to look at him to do it as well. You probably can see it in a log? I even used it every single time he opened his mouth. It still didn't work.
Can you help me?

Well, It is pretty clear the GM didn't even bother to read what my problem is, which I found very disrespectful.
Of course I do not have the Shattered Fragments of Val'anyr because, because duh, I have Unbound Fragments of Val'anyr (http://www.wowhead.com/?item=45896) and that's exactly my problem. What kind of answer is this? I would like to receive a helpful reply regarding my problem.
The unbound frags only worked in the first time we tried (and wiped) and ever since when I used it again, i got the message of "no valid target", even though I did everything correctly repeatedly, which cause me to lose it when we actually killed him. I would like to at least be sure it will work on our future tries.
