On the top right hand of my screen it says I have an unread message in the mail from a player that was supposed to send me money. Whenever I go to check my mailbox, there is nothing in there and it says in red letters at the top "Mailbox Full: Some Mail Could Not Be Delivered. Please delete some mail to make room." But as I said, I have no mail in my mailbox. I am new to this game and currently upgrading from trial to standard, if that might have anything to do with it. Thank you.

Q u o t e:
Will this clear up, once my account finishes becoming full?

Yes, once your account fully upgrades you'll be able to retrieve the mail, Korios.
Q u o t e:

The "72 hour wait" is pretty ridiculous though... incredibly frustrating. If I hadn't already paid, I wouldn't pay now...

I'm sorry for what inconvenience this may have caused you, Korios, we do warn you when you use the online upgrade service.

On the first page when you go to when you log into the account to upgrade it says something like this:

Q u o t e:
Your World of Warcraft Trial ends in 0 day(s).
If you wish to continue the epic adventure, upgrade your account below:
Trial restrictions may remain on the account for up to 72 hours.

After you click the link that says Upgrade Online Right Now! you are taken to another page where this paragraph is in a bright yellow box.

Q u o t e:
NOTE: Most trial restrictions will be removed immediately after payment information is entered for this upgrade, but some restrictions (such as certain in-game chat privileges) will remain in place until payment verification is fully complete. This may take up to 72 hours.

Hopefully your purchase will process soon and the restrictions will lift.
