Regarding cross-faction communication

With the faction restriction lifted on pvp realms, the ability to create horde and alliance now available, I'm looking for a definitive answer on something. Say Player A is horde, and Player B is alliance. Player B ganks A several times. B, being somewhat immature and arrogant creates a horde character to trash talk player A. Obviously cross faction communication wasn't intended initially (see: languages i.e. common, orcish, etc.) so is this allowed?

No, I'm not saying I have done this, or this has happened to me, but I'd just like to get an answer before the situation arises.

And when I say trash talk, I do mean "lol, you're awful, I owned you" etc. And not masked profanity or anything that would otherwise be blatantly against ToS.

Any possible way I could get an answer on this?

Quite frankly, this type of thing — albeit in different forms — has been happening on PvE realms for time eternal and there is a very simple solution to the issue, as Sheepz mentioned. Just place the character on ignore and move on; should they happen to contact you again however, please feel free to submit a petition and we'll look into the issue.
