I received the following 2 emails. Nothing has happened to my account or anything. I thought the first was real but the second seems very fake.

Q u o t e:
A request for a new password for this World of Warcraft Account has been received. Please follow this link to choose your new password:

http://www.worldofwarcraft.com/loginsupport/confirmPassword.html?cid=evkujlggkfgxfir

Be sure to use a brand new password and not one you have previously used.

Please note that this link is valid for a single use and will expire after 72 hours if not used. If this link does not work, please resubmit your request for a new password.

For the continued security of the account, we recommend that you take the following steps prior to logging in to your account:

- Scan the computer system you are using to remove all viruses, Trojan files, and key loggers.

- Log in to your Account Management page at https://www.worldofwarcraft.com/account

- Verify that your contact information is accurate and update it if necessary.

- If you would like to add additional security to your account, you can visit this link (http://us.blizzard.com/support/article/24660) to find out more information about the Blizzard Authenticator.

- Maintain safe Internet practices and safeguard all World of Warcraft account information for the most secure gaming experience.

Thank you for contacting Blizzard Entertainment!

It looks as if the first e-mail you received may belegitimate, Raspit; however, if you did not request this password reset, I strongly encourage you to refrain from clicking any links contained therein.

The second e-mail, as your fellow players have stated, is entirely fake.
