Auction House items Disappeared

Hi CSF,

Earlier today when the patch was released, everyone was in a mad rush to buy gems from the auction house. I had several stacks of uncut gems that I decided to put onto the auction house to make some gold. I saw lots of people were buying my gems, however they are no longer there, and the mail did not get received. Earlier however I was receiving a message saying "Internal mail database error". I have lots of stacks of gems missing, and no gold to show for it. is it possible to fix this? I already have a ticket going for a VoA 10 run that I did where I was unable to loot.

Well, I do currently see one sale in your inbox, Krevyk. If more than that seems to be missing please do let us know via an ingame petition. Also, the mail system is quite stressed today. Loads of emails went out, this may possibly be a simple delay in delivery. I'd give this a bit before checking again. Internal Mail Error is a universal message and is usually temporary.

This seems to be fairly widespread since the restarts, it has been reported and we are looking into it now.
