Cannot use flying mounts anywhere as of 3.2

Reodin, which character is this for? For the character that you are posing on, I only show that you have Journeyman Riding (Skill 150). When looking at your achievement summary I show Fast and Furious (Learn the journeyman riding skill) achievement, and under the Stable Keeper/Mountain o' Mounts achievements you only have five mounts listed – which when looking your character over, I show all five are ground mounts:

Sorry if I missed something, but I do not show this character having Expert Riding (Skill 225), Artisan Riding (Skill 300) nor Cold Weather Flying. Please feel free to fill me in on any information I may be missing, though.
