Game screen completely messed up

When I open Warcraft, the start up screen has no borders around anything and alot of black squares. on the game itself everything is red and solid, no details and my actionbars and spells are blank. I dont really understand how to explain it. bascially its all messed up, I tried re-installing the game, i tried deleteing the interface, WTF and cache files. nothing worked. please help.

That command would be typed in the normal chat window, yes. If that doesn't seem to help, there are a couple stickied threads at the top of the tech forum dealing with various video issues - depending on your video card.
