Questions about my removed toon.

I was in the accounts that were suspended for using BoA honor points in a bg for xp. I have sent e-mails to Blizz, I have waited out the suspension. My character was removed from my character selection screen awaiting one of two things. Either they are deleting her or restoring her to her previous level. All traces of her in-game as of today have been removed. I'm curious if this means she was in fact deleted? I feel like I have no way to dispute or petition this beyond the e-mail system. The problem there is no response.

If you weren't involved in this it would be easy to call someone a cheater and leave it at that. The truth is post patch xp would be granted in bg's via honor. The BoA tokens where tokens that I earned. I didn't feel I was cheating the system. This coming from a level 66 (two bars from 67) toon where using the tokens took her to level 68. I guess I'm just asking for serious responses or maybe others out there are wondering the same thing. Is there any progress being made in the decision to restore/delete toons from this issue?

Hey there, Noops.

As it says in the e-mail you received, "Once the review has been completed, an e-mail will be sent to the account's registered e-mail address with additional information."

Account Administration is still reviewing the issue and will be contacting you regarding this issue as soon as possible. I realize that this issue is frustrating, but I encourage you to remain as patient as possible in the meantime.

Thank you for your patience!

I completely understand.

I'll do my best to keep an ear out for more news as well. :)
