Casual gamers need some attention

Dear Blizzard,

I am happy that you're slowly making some changes to the game to make it more accessible to casual gamers, but you really need to make some changes for casual gamers like me.

My work/lifestyle is such that I don't always have time to run heroics, and I know there are a lot of casual gamers out there who are in the same boat as me. We want access to all this sweet epic gear to. Please consider adding in a way for people like me to get some phat lewt!!

This was something that the Argent Tournament can help fulfill. There are numerous items there from heirlooms to epics that can be earned without running a dungeon of any kind. While obviously not the best items in the game, they are still very good items that look really awesome.

Heya Bornak.....question for ya ? the argent pet the whirmling is it true you need to be exalted with argent crusade to add this pet to your collection ? or can someone not exalted add it ? just curious

The character must be exalted with either the Sunreavers or Silver Covenant to use it.
