Apparently Blizzard is working on a new project for WoW, faction switching. Hmmm.. Interesting.
Well, in my opinion I hate the idea (not worth quitting though) I rolled Horde to be big, mean, nasty, and to be away from the Alliance, to mass murder them. Seeing a Night Elf go untouched in Orgrimmar would be horrid.
But besides my opinion, how would it work? We've all seen in Northerend and in the WotLK expansion pack the hatred that goes on between Horde and Alliance. We have dailies to murder 15 alliance/horde in Icecrown. There's cinematics of them fighting eachother and the Lich King's forces at one time. Hell, we're even sent to kill half-dead alliance/horde soldiers on the battlefield just for revenge. (Pretty sad one as well)
Basically, there's always been a hatred between the Alliance and Horde, and in the new expansion pack, it's getting stronger.
How could Blizzard explain this in Lore? It makes little sense to me (and if I'm wrong please explain.)
What're your thoughts on this?
