Where did the built in quest trackin thing go

I remember on the test realm it showed where to go for quests on the map when you tracked it but I can't get it to do it now on the regular Blizz map. Am I doing something wrong?

There were circumstances that required us to pull the quest tracking feature from patch 3.2. We plan to implement this interface feature in a future patch.
