I see in AV everyday either a shammy or pally on the horde side who has like 5 of themselves and they walk up to you and kill you in 2 seconds....

I wanna know is it legal? I know of course it isnt fair but why do people do it?

This is what they think im sure: Lets make 4 accounts,level to 80 and annoy people in AV

Idk if this is trolling but i want something done about it please.... :(

This kind of trolling is unacceptable on the CS Forum, particularly in a thread where a productive and constructive discussion had been occurring prior to your arrival.
