Just to dispel this before it becomes a rumor: For one's WoW account to be maliciously merged with a Battle.net account, the WoW account itself must be first be compromised. Information relevant to that WoW account is a necessary part of the merging process.
With that said, I'd sincerely encourage you to review our
Account Compromise Info Center in full, Dycedarg. Within, you'll find all sorts of information that should help guide you through this recovery period.
To make this a bit easier for you, though:
In order to delink a WoW account from a B.net account, you will need to contact Billing & Account Services. Our Billing representatives will be happy to assist you in regaining access to your account. It's actually a fairly simple process (provided that you are the WoW account holder, of course).
In the meantime, go ahead and focus on securing your account and computer. This is
absolutely imperative, as it can help prevent repeat compromise. Provided that you are able to secure your account, we're more than willing to work with you and get your account back on its feet. Some additional security recommendations may be found in the sticky thread linked below. Please read it thoroughly and focus on the portions related to email security.
Also, if you've a friend or guildmate online, they're welcome to submit a petition on your behalf. Within his/her petition, just make sure they include the name and realm of a character on your main account and that they believe the account was compromised. For example: "I believe my friend's account was compromised this morning. He is unable to login and his password has been changed. A character on his account is <X> of <Y>. Thank you for any assistance you can lend." If, by the time you're reading this, you've already regain access to your account, please submit this petition from the affected account.
If you've any additional questions or concerns, please do let me know. :)
