Stuck as a Ghost

died in the new new Trial of Champions 5-man instance and accidentally went into 25-man instance portal and got stuck on the wall near the portal. auto-unstuck doesn't work and you can now not enter bg's to rez. the people i was running with didn't realize i was stuck and reset the instance. opened a ticket and have been wait for about 6 hours now. wondering if there is a quicker way to rez. cheers.

I'm afraid that you may need to wait for a member of the Game Master staff to assist you, Vera. That said, please make sure the following is contained within your petition to ensure a member of the Game Master staff is able to assist you as quickly as possible:

* Name and realm of the stuck character
* Your character's location
* Whether you are stuck at the loading screen, are unable to remain in-game, are trapped on terrain, or fell "through the world"
* The word "stuck"
