Yer had my ticket in all day please help us blizzard.

I tend to think this is character specific folks, we've not had widespread reports of this at all.

You might want to try reset UI one more time. Sometimes it doesn't take - especially if you are running Vista. Also, don't put ANY addons back in before you test it.

To do a full reset UI, you will want to save your addons in another spot if you wish to preserve them.

Then rename/delete or move your WTF, Cache and Interface folders while WoW is shutdown. Reboot your system.

Note, if you are running Vista make sure your permissions are set so it does not undo your changes.

I thought it was kind of strange, yesterday I saw people flying in WG and landing for about 2-3 mins to talk to NPCs, then fly off. I didn't try to mount and fly off, but I thought it was still a no-fly zone if you get close to the gr0und....and these guys were running around!

That may very well be Yiz, but that sounds like the opposite issue from what the OP and others are describing here. If I understand it correctly, they aren't able to fly anywhere.

Ok did that, same thing and vista saved the changes after removing before shutdown went in no mods, tried it same deal.

This is something you'll want to report via petition so it can be looked into further then,Smash.

Can I ask - after the reset, what was the very first thing you saw when you fired up WoW.

That Message when i clicked Flight Form that comes up after tonights reset and since i done your instructions same thing, i had a ticket it and they said they couldn't fix it. Spose to have an email there but yer,

Which character did you petition on this, Smash? Last petition I see on this character is from 7/30 and it wasn't about this. Is this a longstanding issue?

Actually, let me revisit this issue as this has surfaced in the last few hours as a known issue that resetting the UI isn't likely to fix.

If you submit an ingame petition, however, we should be able to adjust this for you if you still find yourself unable to fly anywhere in Northrend.

Thanks!

I'm not seeing that petition, Smash, what character/realm do you have it in on?

We are trying to get to folks with this issue just as quickly as possible.

One thing that may help in just a few cases, and may be worth exploring while you await a response to a petition is to visit the flight deck in Dalaran. In some cases, visiting that area seems to help. Can't hurt to try, fairly easy to tell if it works, and when it does, it's immediate relief :)

I'm having this issue still, anytime my 80 druid is flying I get spammed to death with the dismount warning message & debuff. visiting the landing deck doesn't help. My 80 priest does not get the dismount warning spam.

You need to put a petition in on this so we can look at your character, Onyxius.

You might try a reset UI first, just in case. This has mostly been resolved, so it may be a UI complication - something to rule out.
