Share CD..

No matter how HARD i try, it doesnt come up, the numbers, the math, other classes..

Care to explain to me, WHY do Bloodthirst and MS share CD?

Mortal Strike:

Weapon DMG based
Applies a healing debuff
5 Sec CD if spec'd

Bloodthirst:

AP based
Heals
4 sec cooldown

These abilities are in diffrent tree, have NOTHING in common, they are based on DIFFRENT resources, yet, they share CD.

If you have an answer, and you probably dont, please post.

Well, it's not some kind of conspiracy to keep warriors repressed, if that's what you'r thinking. :)

In software development, you try and keep the amount of "stuff" down for optimization and storage reasons and just to reduce bugs. That might seem silly in a game with thousands of spells and items, but it's a convention. Rather than create two separate cooldown categories, it made sense to reuse one.

If we get to the point where a warrior can pick up both talents, we'll likely remove that restriction.

Yeah, I meant we aren't really trying to promote a hybrid Arms / Fury build that goes that deep in both trees. I'm sure you can make one but I don't see it very often.

We could probably get it changed if it's a crushing issue. I thought the OP was just curious.
