"You're not in a Party" Error

My girlfriend has been having this issue for the last couple days since Patch 3.2 and I've been trying to figure it out. At first I thought it was just an Addon since these sort of things usually are caused when they go out of date but when we turned off all the addons and tried again the problem still persist.

Anyways how it usually goes is that when she logs in the error doesn't start until she's joined a Battleground then the chat log is filled from head to toe with "You're not in a party" notifications. As I said, we turned off all Addons and it still happens but now it's even doing it when she tries to heal herself. I've poked around as much as I can to see if anyone has had similar issues but nothing has worked so far.
She uses a Dell XPS Laptop and I'll try to get the specifics on it later. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks.

Hey again, Vaspade.

In case you missed the answer in your previous post, please complete the following troubleshooting steps:

    1) *IMPORTANT* Exit the World of Warcraft to your desktop by logging out of the game and exiting. If World of Warcraft isn't closed, then these steps won't have the desired effect.
    2) If you used an "installer" for a custom UI, see if it has an "uninstaller" and use it.
    3) Inside the World of Warcraft Program Folder, delete the "WTF," "Cache," and "Interface" folders.
    4) Restart your computer.
    5) Please do not reinstall Addons prior to testing the issue you were experiencing.
    6) Make sure that you are using WOW.EXE or LAUNCHER.EXE to start the game. Please do not run any UI installers beforehand, as we want to eliminate them as part of the issue.
    7) Upon launching the game, you should see the Intro cinematic movie and be prompted to agree to the Terms of Use. Once you authenticate past the login screen, the “AddOns” button should no longer be visible at the lower left corner of the character selection screen. Both points mentioned previously must hold true if you should complete the aforementioned steps correctly.

Let us know if you experience any lasting issues.

When she restarted the game after deleting these folders, did you see the opening cinematic?

Q u o t e:

Yes as well as the Terms and Conditions. When she logged in completely it took a little bit longer as it recreated the necessary 3 folders again but when she joined a Battleground it still gave her the error.

Can you have her try to run the repair utility (Repair.exe) found within her World of Warcraft folder?

Please make sure that each check box is checked and you press the "Check and Reset Files" button.
