7 Days ago my account was hacked. 3 Characters was transfered and deleted. 3 Was still on the realm but stripped of gear/items.

I filled out a web forum about my 3 transfered characters and I sent a ingame ticket about every character I have telling the GM that I lost all my gear/items/gold.

Today I get a email saying ..

They restored 3 of the deleted characters. Restored my gold and only a FEW items between the characters ( No gear at all ) and most of the items was orbs that the hacker baught with my badges. I don't want the orbs I want the badges.

Now Im sitting here thinking ( Well is the investigation over? ) when I had 5 characters 4 of them level 80 without any gear.

Can a blue check and see if they are still restoring my items or if the investigation is still going on ? Do I need to put in a In-Game ticket or what?

Edit : ""please feel free to contact the Specialist who addressed this issue directly by replying to the e-mail sent to you previously informing you of items they have restored ""

I didn't get a email imforming me of the items they restored.

Let's tone it down a notch, please; there's absolutely no reason to approach this thread or Raivo with hostility.

Raivo, it appears there may have been a slight mix-up. I'm looking into this matter and will check back with you momentarily. :)
