Please be advised that it has been 30 days since these changes to TCG Mounts were introduced. As these changes are intended to greatly reduce the possibility of "loot card" scams, we are very unlikely to interfere with related transactions moving forward.

Greetings all!
As of patch 3.2, all TCG mounts (excluding the Riding Turtle) are now considered Bind on Equip and their respective redemption processes have changed. TCG Mounts redeemed prior to this patch, however, will remain Bind on Pickup and soulbound to their redeeming characters.
To claim a BoE TCG mount, complete the following steps:
- 1) Visit our Blizzard Promotion Code Retrieval Page (http://www.worldofwarcraft.com/misc/promotion.html)
2) Select the region and realm on which you wish the mount to be redeemed and enter the Loot Card code. You will receive another code at this time; this is the code you will use in game.
3) Once you receive your in-game code, log into any character on the selected realm, travel to Booty Bay, and speak with the goblin Landro Longshot.
4) Enter your in-game code when prompted and select the mount of your choice. You will no longer need to purchase the mounts from Landro Landroshot; instead, they will simply appear in your inventory upon claiming the code. If your TCG mount can come in two different speeds, Regular (60%) and Epic (100%), your character will receive both mount types.
Please note: As players may now trade, mail, and sell/purchase these mounts on the Auction House, we recommend that all players be extremely wary of any individual who wishes to sell a TCG Mount code for gold in-game. Unfortunately, the significant majority of these types of transactions will ultimately be attempts to scam you in some fashion (http://us.blizzard.com/support/article.xml?articleId=20459).
In light of these changes, we will be examining our policy regarding loot card scams for the next 30 days. Although we will continue to assist those who are negatively affected by such scams during this time, please be advised that our stance may change once this observation period concludes.
