This patch brings with it a new Children's week where you can get new pets.

My question is, for this year, will we be able to start children's week in Northrend as of patch release, or do we need to wait for next year?

I really, really want my Gorloc Pet!!

Oh, and speaking of pets, the new raptor pets are freaking awesome. WTB 100 Pet achievement...

Children's week has come and gone for this year, so you'll have to wait for it to come around again to be able to work on getting these new pets.

World Environment

Wolvar and Gorloc orphans have arrived in Dalaran and need your help! Players can find out more by visiting the Eventide District (completing the quests being offered for this event will not count toward any Children's Week achievements). Players have a limited amount of time to care for these orphans before they take their leave. They will then return again for the regularly-scheduled Children's Week next year.

Ahh yes, that is correct, but it's not technically Children's Week yet. You're correct that these will be available with the patch though in lieu of the regularly scheduled event. I stand corrected and bow at the feet of the most honorable community in humble servitude.

Oh, don't worry. Someone has already saved a text file of it. ;) They'll open that puppy up and copy and paste for kicks. It's Ok. I have never claimed to not be human or that I was perfect.

I'm not wound tight today either. Here I thought we were all having a good morning and a chuckle. I can laugh at myself too. I'm not that fragile. ;)
