W00t new patch. Changing sides?

Ok so the new patch is out (hooray!) but i just wanted to clear something up. According to my friend, its now possible to pay like $10.00 USD to switch sides, like going from horde to alliance (and then obviously having to choose a new race). is this true? also, mounts are supposidly available at level 20 now but are there any other huge changes with this new patch besides the mount and the switching sides (if the switching sides is true).

We have not released this new service as of yet. Please be wary of anyone trying to lure you into a false transaction.
