Inactive Account Character Deletion

I have three accounts linked to my battle.net account.
One of them is inactive and I don't think I will be reactivating it.
Is it possible to delete my toon Shalashaska on Dreadmaul so I can use the name on one of my other accounts?

I can all but assure you that we will not delete your character, Strategy; however, we may be able to assist by changing the characters name. That said, I'm unable to offer any guarantees, and must request that you submit an in-game petition to ask!
