It is now prime time in EST! and wow is down

It is now prime time in EST! And wow is down. Where is most of your customers? EST. I have been unable to create instances and frequent lag spikes and drops it’s time to look for something else. For over 4 weeks I have had cannot create instance every time I went on to an instance any instance. Have they worked on this? No! Now it’s down time in EST prime time. I think WOW needs to look at its loyalty to EST! I know this is a useless post. I know it’s a waste of time!
