Unable to connect

Hello, I am unable to connect to the game, it tries to log in and then gives me the message "Unable to connect please try again later." I just upgraded my account to a Battle.net account less then 20 minutes ago in order to add a mobile authenticator.

I would like to know if anyone else is having this issue or if there is a problem on my end that I need to fix, any help would be nice.
