It would not be hard to do at all...
Just a few realms with like patch 1.1 and old game content for the people who miss the original game.
Many people who recently joined the game never got to experience:
40 man raids(unless they are getting run through by 80's which is no fun)
20 mans like ZG, AQ20 etc.
Pvp ranks(that was when pvp was good, when it required skill... now its just based on gear/resi.)
Working for gear, now you can get full epics in a week, which is just plain stupid. Epics are supposed to be hard to get and something you work for, not just handed to you.
In Pre BC, you had to farm rep to get your tier gear, or do quest lines to get attuned and stuff which made the game a lot more fun and rewarding when you got gear, now its just like ohh another epic I got with no effort at all.
Most 80's are in full epics and still suck at there class.
When you saw a 60 in full epics in pre BC, you know they were good, and it was a lot cooler to see.
I miss running instances and working for my dungeon sets so I can get gear to go raid, and it actually taking time and being fun along the way. Now its just like, I'm 80, go clear 10 man naxx in a day and get full epics, run some more raids, got full epics... now what? ITS TOO EASY!
Now I've tried out the new instances in the PTR for 3.2, they are hella easy and 5 epics drop in about 20 mins or less on normal mode... its BS.
I know so many people who left the game because of stuff like this, please just open a pre BC realm. It would end up making you more money and a lot of people happy. and it wouldn't be a hard thing to do.
Please just consider this!
