Chargeback, WoW Payment Dispute

I received an e-mail from blizzard on July 28th regarding a Payment dispute, basically Payment one messed up and withdrew a transaction of $15.98 given to blizzard for a months payment. They froze my account to where i can't even access it for forum use, account settings use, or anything. The only solution to get my account back is to send a Mail Money Order to them for $15.98. Well i did that on July 29th, and it's now 4 days later. I'm assuming that the mail got to blizzard a day after, minimum, or two days maximum. Which leaves blizzard 2-3 days with my money order.

I'm curious if anyone else has ever had this issue, and if so, how long did it take for Blizzard to unlock your account..?

I'm currently using this account, my alt account, to access forum use.
