It appears to no longer work on Timeless Isle - didn't see this mentioned in patch notes. Intended or should I file a bug report?

Functionality for Aviana's Feather has been like that since December 2. If it was usable outside of the areas stated in the hotfix, that was a bug.

  • Aviana's Feather now only works in outdoor Draenor areas, and other outdoor areas that allow flight.
