I left for a campin trip on thursday night logged on to check my mail right before I left. got home this evening from my camping trip and my account have been banned I armoried my charaters they are all now guildness and my level 75 Dk is now 79 I havent had access to a computer for 4 days.

My pc is almost brand new only had it for 3 weeks have not downloaded anything im not sure about I always scan everything before installing it I dont know what happened

I have not Shared my account information with anyone now or in the past I have also recently changed my password

After I found out my account had been banned I emailed Account Administration and did a full scan of my PC everything was clean.

anyone have any ideas how this could have happened and wha the chances are i can get this ban lifted?

No offense, but you really don't need a blue post. This is a fairly commonly addressed issue in this forum, and while the Blues here can sometimes look up some information, they cannot un-ban accounts - only Account Administration has the power to do that.

All the information you need is in the stickys. Make sure to secure your system and sent a nice e-mail to Account Admin. Be patient, though, as their investigations can take some time and you'll have to wait your turn. Fear not, though, as they will get to you even if it takes several days.

Have you logged on from any other system? Have you even checked these forums from another system?

Also, if your email has been compromised, it's possible they could have pulled your information from there. Was your pass/ID easily guessable - any friends perhaps know you well enough to have gotten lucky?

It is important to try to figure out where the breech was, but emailing Account Administration and following the advice in the two stickies above already recommended should put you back on the path to getting this all ironed out.
