Hi,

I recently had a friend sign up for a free trial. She then went out to sign up for a month of game time yet for whatever reason it does not show this under the 'recruit a friend' section of my account. It does show the accounts are linked, but that is all. Did i do something wrong in the process? Is there anything that could be done as i am pretty sure you should get a free something or other correct?

If you are referring to the RAF bonuses, like the mount, that will show up once two months are paid.

With a GameCard, that would be instantly with two months, if a credit card is used, that would not bill until all free time on the account has been used and the credit card billed.

Does that make sense?
