The thing is I never got any customer service, I recently put in a ticket because my account was compromised, I managed to get my account back and secure, but the hacker vendored all my gear and stole our guilds bank, I understand that it will take awhile to get this all sorted out but from what I can tell from this email blizzard things its all already sorted out when it isnt.

Helpies =(

You've likely received correspondence from our department (beyond this survey) related to your compromise, yes? If so, it was likely that correspondence that generated the survey in question. Whenever an email is sent out from one of our support departments, the recipient is entered into a sort of "survey raffle"; you're not guaranteed to receive a survey each time you receive an email from us, but the possibility does exist.

Now, with that said, you're welcome to complete the survey now or wait until your restoration is complete—that's up to you! I apologize for any confusion this may have caused you, though. To note: We're not entirely satisfied with our survey system at this time and are working to improve it. :)
