Cannot log in - only option "Development"

I get to the "Success" on login and then it never connects to a realm - when I click Cancel it goes to give me a realm list but under "Choose your preferred location" it lists only "Development"

Are you attempting to log into a live realm or the Public Test Realm, Tannia?
