I've personally erred in much more egregious ways (purchasing a stack of mageweave for 99g instead of 99c, for example). We do occasionally receive such tidings—thank you! That said, it's definitely possible that not all are relayed. This could be due to a Game Master's heavy workload, or geographical restrictions, or just plain forgetting. :)
