Cannot contact Blizzard

For the past two hours I've been trying to call Phone: 1-800-592-5499. I keep getting "All circuits are busy, try again later."

Also have been trying to call Phone: 1-949-955-1382 and I just hear beeping.

Why is this happening. It has now been over 24 hours that I cannot play. And now I can't contact Blizzard.

Contacting the Better Business Bureau now.

I apologize you have been unable to contact us, Thesilence. We are experiencing a high volume of calls at this time and are trying to assist all customers as quickly as possible.

I would like to try and assist you if possible. What happens to be the issue?

I understand you are frustrated, Thesilence. You stated you have not been able to play for over 24 hours. Can you please go into more detail as to why you have been unable to play?
