Well, if you didn't do it, most likely that you've been compromised.

You'll want to call Billing first thing when they open if possible, and scan your system for malware in the meantime.

Well, if you didn't merge to a Battle.net account, someone did.

Even if they've never touched the account itself, if someone else has your password and ID which is what is required to do a merge, the security of that account has been compromised.
