Violet Proto Drake - Questions

So, I have two questions about this achievement and the mount for it. One is that my friends and I have been arguing about its speed, is it 280% or 310%?

And second, will it always be obtainable? With the trend of taking mounts, especially 310% mounts if the Violet PD is, out of the game after a short while of them being obtainable I'm worried I may miss out on the VPD due to some internet problems I had during Love is in the Air.

So, what is the speed, will I always be able to get it, and will it remain the same speed forever?

It doesn't exist so it has no speed! Last I checked it was a 310% mount.

There are no current plans to remove this mount from being obtainable but anything can change.
