Long GM ticket wait

I've recovered my account after a hacker changed my pass, now as you can imagine i'm missing all my things. I've been waiting at least 4 hours now for a response. I was wondering if it's possible to know my position in line and if it's at all possible to get a response today.

For those of you concerned, you really don't need to remember everything, just enough to get us on the right track. Times and dates are the best information we can get; when you last had your stuff in tact, etc.

As long as you put as much relevant information in your petition about the situation, we can usually get you back to where you were just from that. =)

It can take a few days for us to be able to address the issue in full; once your petition is received, the issue will be forwarded to our investigation staff who will then address the issue as quickly as possible. Unfortunately, we've been extremely busy as of late and as such it'll take a bit before we can get to your petition. =/
