Where's my zebra mount?

I RAF'd my little brother, and we just got to level 30, trained for riding, and bought a mount. I checked my mailbox, and there is no zebra mount. He added a time card, so shouldn't I get a free zebra?

If you have qualified to receive the mount, Kuznetzov, you'll want to visit the Recruit a Friend page and redeem your mount.
