Wow account wont merge to battle.net

i was trying to merge my wow account to battle.net, and it says that all wow accounts have already been automatically converted, but when i tried logging in with my wow account e-mail and pass, it wouldnt work. can anyone please help?

As for your issue, it would appear the best step would be to contact our Billing & Account Services Department. I understand the wait time can be frustrating, but please stay in queue once you get in, and a representative will be with you as soon as possible. If you receive the "unable to take calls" message, this is akin to a busy signal, and it is advised you hang up and try again.
