As for your issue, it would appear the best step would be to contact our Billing & Account Services Department. I understand the wait time can be frustrating, but please stay in queue once you get in, and a representative will be with you as soon as possible. If you receive the "unable to take calls" message, this is akin to a busy signal, and it is advised you hang up and try again.
