Shattered Halls Key Quest Problem

I began the other day to work on making the Shatterd Halls Key for my "Key Master" achievement... :(

According to all sites I've researched, a [Primed Key Mold] should drop from Smith Gorlunk in Shadowmoon Valley, which will begin the quest line for the making of the key...

I have killed Smith Gorlunk over 50 times. Yet, he drops NOTHING. Not even vendor trash.

I created an in-game ticket, and the response I got was:

According to all sites I've looked at, the drop rate for the key mold is between 30-55%. I literally have killed this guy 50 times.... :/ This does not appear to be "functioning properly"...

Has this item changed?? Am I missing something?? I would very much like to complete this achievement, and cannot do it if I cannot get the key mold... :(

I believe you'd be better off by speaking with Rohok in Thrallmar, MarÃssa. Just make sure you've low level quest tracking on. :)

Haha. That would be a rather interesting journey, wouldn't it? :)

Dumphry in Honor Hold would likely more be hospitable.
