WoW Account Upgrade with pre paid credit card

I am having a serious issue with upgrading my WoW trial account with my pre paid titanium plus mastercard it says error and doesnt work but i go lookin my credit card account and the funds are being held waiting for authorization from Blizzard so i go and i call Blizzard they tell me it wont be authorized and in 15 days my funds will come back why does this keep happening i call my credit card company they tell me they need blizzard to fax them telling them to release my funds THIS IS PATHETIC my card works find on starwars galaxies and other SOE games but BLIZZARD SOMEONE FIX THIS PROBLEM IT HAPPENS TO ME MORE THAN ONCE.

I'm sorry to hear that you’re having trouble upgrading your trial account, Obiturary. As prepaid credit cards are not a supported form of payment, our verification procedures often encounter an issue when attempting to process them. If you would still like to use your prepaid credit card with us in the future, it may be best to contact the Billing department by phone to see if we can attempt the upgrade for you.

Alternately, you are welcome to purchase a retail copy of the World of Warcraft, and use the authentication key it comes with to upgrade your trial account. I hope this issue has not caused you too much inconvenience, and please let me know if I may be of any further help.
