Hacked account, stealing from Guild Bank

Now I know people will flame me for this but whatever, I just got phoned and woke up telling me that one of my officers, who is a close personal friend of mine who I have known for years ninja'd 25 items from each guild bank tab, in my guilds ... guild bank (yeah, good guess, eh?)

But anyways, I called my friend, and asked him what was going on, he said he hasn't been able to log on for a few days because he apparently has a battle.net account now (which I didn't know were available to us canucks, because we can't get that weird mountain dew crap around here, because we've looked, those lil battlebots look fun), so out of our guild that is mainly comprised of family members and close friends, who all hangout together either daily or weekly (the person who was hacked was just on 2 weeks of midnights as opposed to my constant days at work).

I'm just wondering if I can get the ball rolling on a GM investigating our guild's issue seeing as we had an experience with a keylogger with another officer literally removing everything and gold from the guild bank (which had me drop the permissions to 25, which I have since dropped to 0 withdrawals on any tab, for anyone). And this happened about a month to 5 weeks ago, although yes we did get everything back, it did take 2 weeks, I was eternally grateful, but the headaches I had received from guild members who do not know the people personally like I do, have caused me many a headache, to the point of me almost cancelling my account and quitting the game, and I have played since back before Molten Core even Existed, on other toons, namely my old hunter who I just resurrected last week with a transfer ^.^

But to top it all off when I logged on, whoever logged onto his account took 25 stacks from all 5 tabs, no gold, because I made it so no one could, other than for repairs, and has guld quitted and appears to have disappeared from the server altogether, like off of my friends list and everything, so I don't know whether he was deleted or not, but this is really driving me nuts.

Everyone in my guild is apparently having alot of trust issues, they all trust me, but now no one trusts each other, which I will try to rectify, after another long list of people guild quitting tonight because of the newest hacking, thus between the two hackings we have lost three quarters of our guild, and are left with the base of people who all know each other in real life and are for the most part related to each other.

I have already filed a ticket in game, on this character as it is the Guild Master of the Guild, but the unknown wait timers even at 2 am eastern are kinda rough to swallow especially since I was already called and woke up for this.

Thanks for reading, and any help would be greatly appreciated.
