how do i get to the account canceling page?

You should be able to cancel the recurring subscription for your World of Warcraft account via the following link:

https://www.worldofwarcraft.com/account/cancel-account.html

Please note that you will need to complete the entire form by choosing a general reason and specific reason. Once you have done so you will then need to process the cancellation by pressing the "Yes, Cancel It" button. You should then be taken to a confirmation screen. If you do not see this screen then the cancellation may not been successfully processed.
